What is a business analysis?


A business analysis is the first step to fixing your business. Phil Costeff will come to your business, meet with you, and walk thought the operation. He will review the areas of operation, sales and administration. You will get an objective professional report on what is working and what is not, if it's not working, why? if it's costing you money, how much? and some suggestion how to fix things. Most people get at least 2 or 3 good business ideas from such a visit. For the Frum community there is no charge for this Business Analysis, but there is one condition: Phil's time is limited and often there is a waiting list. Please be punctual, and have any info he needs ready, so that his time is not wasted.
