I had invested in the company, but it hadn't paid me money in years. They were short on money, had no line of credit, and their technology was getting old. I called Phil, and in 2 days he analyzed what was wrong, gave us a plan to fix it, and helped get it done. Ten months later, I received a nice check from the business. Now, the company is financially stable, is investing in new technology, and after years of losses, has finally become profitable.

About Business Consulting LLC

For many years I worked for a national consulting company, where I traveled to the 48 states and Canada. I saw two businesses each week, and helped them restructure their costs, do a turnaround, or to set up a management team. Then I was sent to Lakewood: I worked with two businesses there, and fell in love with the community. It was like Israel, where I grew up. A year later one business called me back. One thing led to another and one business sent me the next business. Soon I found that I was so busy, I could not do it all. In 2009 I founded Business Consulting LLC and trained the company's first Frum consultants. Later, when we needed more people, and with the encouragement of R' Zisha Novoseller, we expanded and trained a larger group of Frum consultants, who are now working everywhere from Monroe to Lakewood. Our consultants help Frum businesses (and some Goyiche businesses too) run professionally and profitably. We feel our mission is to "Lelamed Bnei Yehuda Keshet" - to teach the Jewish business owners how to use the basic business tools to run a business.

We give back to the community by providing no-charge business analysis to Frum businesses, workshops to business owners, and advice to young 'Bochurim' who are entering the business world. We are always happy to meet business people, hear about their business, and help in any way we can.


We feel blessed to be doing this work, in this special community.
